Privacy Policy

Operated on behalf of Salinas Business Park, LLC. We collect what you provide through the contact and brochure forms: name, email, phone, company, your role and timing, space requirements and message content, plus the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on. We use it to respond to your inquiry, share the brochure and send occasional project updates by email. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.

Form submissions are delivered by Resend and stored in our Mailchimp audience. They are not sold or shared outside the SBP leasing team (Cushman & Wakefield) and development partners (Borelli Investment Company and SWENSON).

The Location page embeds a Google Map, which may set Google cookies. This site may also use Google Analytics 4 and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for marketing measurement; these collect pseudonymous usage data. We do not currently run advertising pixels from other networks.
